Another edition of Schmung's MP5, this incarnation sports a M203 grenade launcher and modified muzzle. The base MP5 has already been seen before in other releases, so you know what to expect there. As for the EOD portion, I say that it really adds to the gun. The timid little MP5 now has the dominating looks of a rifle carbine and for the most part just looks badass. This varient reminds me alot of what the Marines carried in Half-Life 1, except this gun is about ten-times the quality. The animations have been motified to fit the accessories. Recoil is much less noticible, a explanation for this would be because the M203 and new barrel assembly would weight down such a small gun like the MP5. The custom sounds are good, the firing sound sound powerful and the reload sounds great. World models are included to finish off this package.

very nice, but the no recoil is just weird..it kind of throws me off when i'm shooting because i'll go full auto thinking there's no recoil..lol

To be honest, this skin isn't for me, an mp5 with a pdw muzzle and an m203 grenade launcher feels a little too much for me.
When in game the mp5 feels way too bulky and the gun just fills up the screen needlessly.
Although not my favourite, this skin is very well done, the textures are smooth and feel really nice in game. Also it has world models! Wey hey! The sounds are really nice and make the gun feel more realistic, the reload sounds are very satisfying when the clip slides in you get that lovely "CLICK" :D
The recoil is less noticable with this skin, which i think is good, as in real life an mp5 has alot less kick back than most guns.
Overall a very proffesional skin and deservs a round of applauds. *clap clap*

This skin would be amazing if the M203 wasn't there.
I just don't see the point in having a big hunk of metal if you can't use it.

I really do like this skin a lot. I'm not sure if it's standard on most MP5's, but the barrel on this gun looks quite wide...however, the nade launcher underneath it quickly draws one's attention away. Great MP5 skin, everyone should try it. The reload anims are very nice, but can be obstructing at times by temporarily limiting your vision.

I give this a 10 not because this is the most realistic MP5 out there (its not), but becaues its probably the most perfected MP5 release to date. There is hardly a flaw in this package. The only complaint that I can fathom someone making is that it is too big and the anims are too flashy, but thats what this is supposed to be. The skin and model are fantastic, the sounds are perfect, and the anims, though quick and flashy, are very lively and believable.

I'm an avid downloader, every time a new skin comes out, I've gotta DL it. But this is the first time I've ever actually felt compelled to write a review.
The model, sounds, animations, EVERYthing is top notch. The little extras, like the flip up sight, the added (I'm assuming its a grenade launcher) barrel, they all make this a joy to play with. I don't think I'll be needing a new MP5 skin for a while, cause this thing is beautiful!

At first I was expecting something not-too-good (if not totally crapy), but LOL, this is a pleasant surprise. I would've liked the recoil to be more noticeable, but then again the main review speaks otherwise so I'm fine with it. To think that I liked "actionist" animations, but I guess this skin has somewhat proven me wrong. I didn't like the reload, it's too fast in my opinion, but by my understanding the anim has to match the reload time as in the game code? The clip also looks kinda small... I'm still using the old MP5 RIS, I'm fine with those reload anims, along with the gun size. Maybe it's the position of the gun in that skin that makes it look big and this gun small. I dunno. I could use this but it'll take time to get used to. Well, that's about it I guess, a mixed bag... :/

The recoil animation l dont mind, but the reloading, sound, and cocking animation are not very good at all. It dosnt make sense to make such a beefy gun for such a weak weapon. It's not as good as it looks.

I really love this skin, now I use to chose MP5 instead of M4A1. The sound is perfect in this skin. You just got to have this skin.

The model itself is good but the animations brought the score down. Too many unneeded animations solely for the m203 but if you can't even use it, it's just pointless.

the BEST mp-5 replacement up here hands down. the size is realistic and i would have to agree throughly with Milkman on the firefight sounds. they absolutly stand out. also its comfortable and gives the user the feeling of ease with using it. i give this mp-5 a 10 without a single complant. replace yours now.
