This is the second and final pack that staknhalo has created of CT reskins. This pack contains camouflages in use or are under developement by the United States Marine Core. There are four skins to choose from; marpat woodland, marpat desert, marpat urban and an urban variant . Now for the reskins, they are definitly good, but just dont have that "Darkelfa touch." The camo patterns are great, but the vest and gear have few changes other than recolors. So while they might lack some refinement, the reskins still offer many different camo patterns that havn't seen the light of day on the new CT model. And some people like to keep their reskins simple, and although I wouldn't consider these reskins simple, its just a different playing field since Darkelfa entered the field.
Note: Follow the Readme to properly install the four skin varients for this release.

Gave all 4 a run. Acupat is great and will work on most maps around. 3 Color desert i think is a bit better than Darkelfa's camo pattern. Woodland is nice. And i wasn't thrilled with the urban. Very nice reskining.

I'll give this skin a 9 because it has an impressive choice of camos which really make the skin more interesting.

only one mistake-i dont believe that the marines have marpat vests also yet...other than that its a good skin.

Now, while I admit DarkElfa is a good skinner, the last comment in the review is just sucking up to Elfa, really it is. The quality on these two packs equals anything Elfa's done, but simply offers a more realistic tone than anything Elfa's done.
Not that I disagree with the scoring;
As for these skins in particular, they offer a color choice that doesn't clash horribly with map colors, or even weapon color (which so many player skins on the new models seem to).
And while Elfa's good skins all seem to cause server consistency errors, these skins look like a good alternative.

Osiris- yes the marines do have marpat vests, but only in the woodland pattern. this is shown in the skin pack. i think Staknhalo did and awesome job..... they are the most realistic/ accurate skins i have seen to date. Darkelfas skins are too flashy/ overdone. they go for a "cool" factor, while these seem to be aimed towards being canon. great job and i hope to see more skins from this person.
