We have all seen this skin for the AUG, but now it has finally arrived for the FAMAS. This means it has both auto and burst fire, but only 25 rounds in the magazine. The reason i didn't use this skin for the AUG was the way the player held it. This is fixed in the FAMAS version! Other than this, there's only one problem - When I think of the M16, I'm thinking high-powered, high-accuracy rifle, but for me, the FAMAS is a low-powered weapon. So when I use this skin, I'm getting the same feeling I would get if I fired 9mm bullets from a 50.cal rifle, but that's no big problem.
The model itself is great. It has lots of details, reflect mappings, w-models and sound. The sound's not correctly synched to the anims, but it's not so bad once you get used it.

this model rocks, but try getting the fix for it, it fixes the sounds, removes the scope and some fixed anims! 9/10

I thought this was quite good, does suit the famas really well. Wasnt to sure about this comment though.. Both guns fire teh same bullets dont they? i dont understand why that would effect the review at all considering theyre both the same calibre anyway.

Its a great replacement for the FAMAS and I glady installed this. I was saddened at how VALVE lowered the rate of fire for the FAMAS in CS (they lowered it even lower than the M4A1s real fire rate which is lower in real life :\) so the M16 is a more realistic look on things. One thing thats wrong with this is the reload sounds but thats the only problem. I love taking this new model out onto the field. 9/10 (-1 for the reload sounds)

This is a great model, loads better than a regular FAMAS if for anything that an M16 is just plain sexier than FAMAS in real life =) and the three round burst is perfect for the M16
for next release though the scope has gotta go (or at least make it an ACOG type, this one is like a sniper scope) and fix the reload animation at the end, it really sticks out
other than that, this is a great replacement

this is a great skin for the Famas it has world models custom sound and it looks great but it could use a different custom sound and the scope should be removed but other than that its a great model

im GIVING this a FULL 10/10. not only is the model exetremely well done, THERE ARE NO BUGS/PROBLEMS!!!! and it also made me realise how great a gun (in CSS not real life) the FAMAS was...put this beast on burst fire and take your time and i gaurantee you rack up more kill than the shitty MAVERICK m4 (i not going to call it a colt m4a1 becuz the gun valve made doesnt even deserve the title) and it also made me much more confident when i was alone on the server and i truly managed to take out 10 higly skilled players before i was headshotted by an AWP. YOU WILL FEEL powerful with this perfect M16A4

Good looking skin, nice scope but the famas shouldn't have one in my opinion.
The other problems are that the barrel seems to get very thin towards the end, and when burst firing it only seems to fire 2 shots.
