Did this ages back when HL2 came out, but I did more than just change the weapon names. I reseached into all the weapons and changed every incorrect detail such as weight, caliber etc, except for capacity. I never released the full thing though.

Nothing special. If your gonna die because of the weapon names i say get this. But I dont really pay attention to the names...I focus on aiming on the guy in front of me.

Real weapon names is something CS: Source really needs. So when these appeared, I was pretty damn happy. They look just as good, no, better than the default weapons pictures, and they'll make your game just that little bit more real.

It's okay I'm sick of seeing the fake weapon names myself...but the favorite menu comes up as gibberesh and some of the ammo types is still wrong.

Ok, i like the idea and i think you're right... But why, oh why, is my game fecked now? Some parts in the buy menu read things like: #CSTRIKE_...._....
This is really, really annoying! I like my stuff clean! Not looking like the Matrix code!

This is perfect for people like me who get anoyed at reading the faked names and is a must have definaty.. apart from the 1 mistake: AK47 does not fire a 7.62 NATO round but a 7.62 SOVIET one, which happens to be 6mm shorter :P

Adds some more needed realism, if it affects anything else on cs:s then its either some hardware or software issues you got which need to be attended to imediately.

Elanzer, I do not care who you are, where you are from, but let me accounce my looking up to you for the next 7 years. This is the BEST download in this whole section, possibly the entire webpage. I give this a 11/10. The names are very realistic, which is something VALVE decided not to put in, VALVE's 3rd major mistake at HL2. No, honestly, their first was Vivindi, the 2nd, not putting up a stupid FIREWALL! I was awaiting this game for my 9th birthday and had to settle for a christmas present a year later... Anyway, thank you for putting up the most realistic CSS download in this section. It has my vote.
