Maybe you delete "p_penguin" (or something) files from Valve/Steam/SteamApps/blablabla/cstrike/models?

this was one of the first skin models i downloaded onto cs, ive still got the same one. its fantastic, but ive given it a 9 because when you drop it its not the penguin anymore :(. but its still a great model a++++++

Well its quite a funny C4 bomb but there are no sound effects when planting the bomb.It would be really good if there were penguin sounds.Overall good c4
