This XM1014 has already appeared once on the site, but today has been re-released today with a new skin. For the most part this release is a great improvement, with the old skin being way too dark and contrasted. This time round though, the model and skin are both good quality, along with Strykerwolf's animations. My only problem with this release is the skin, I know I've already said it's good quality, and it is, but in certain areas is very grainy and suffers from some aliasing which is a bit of an eyesore for me. But excluding that, a great release. Includes ref maps, but sadly no world models.

the ejected shells have no texture. black and purple checkerboard. too bad, this is a fantastic xm.

Oh my god! finally a actual M4 shotty! not some SDASS or whatever.
But yeah there are some grany bits here and there, but its too small of a nit to pick.

this bad boy is so fun to use, you feel like your gonna blow several limbs off in few seconds. so much fun, the only problem is few minor visual problems with the skin. however, this downside is not really noticed when your running around a map trying to find your next victim. you only notice the problems if your a scared camper that feels the tend to look at the floor and his gun.

this skin is damn near perfection. the only thing is that when he is relo ading it, he holds the gun in such a way that it kind of blocks your view of whats going on. which has gotten me killed once or twice. but if you can look past this minor flaw, oyu can enjoy one sweet riot gun.

this is an excellent skin. it does exactly whats intended: replace the boring, low poly, ugly default gun skin. this is the same gun, but everything is well detailed and modeled.
and it had world models for me.

I like this skin. The only problems is: no world models, a pullback at the shell when reloading and the firing sound. But I can delete it. 8/10

Its pretty good. The barrel seems a bit too small at the end. Also the sounds need work, it sounds like only a single shot is fired.
