The player models are horrible and the HDR is WAY too strong.

Don't care if the HDR and models are ******e, only thing that I care about is the lag compensation bit. Hopefully they've done something right this time and fixed something important.

I think he means whay Skyfire posted, where his Deagle was glowing like a light bulb. I wouldn't know how bad the HDR is, I can't support it, I don't have a good enough card. Models are nice, although, I think the GSG9 could have been skinned a bit better.

I posted that not Skyfire. What I'd like to know is, whats the point in putting in new player models when the only ones you can see on servers is the GIGN and guerilla ones. HDR is messed up for me and that lag thing seems to have done somthing too.

I know Tom, but servers online dont seem to know that. Every one I have played in has only been those two models.

Worked for me, guess that command can be forced server side as well and most haven't changed it.
As for the lag compensation thing after a few maps I can say I've noticed no difference. Would be nice to know what actually was done. Posted by commando
awww, saw " Improved lag compensation" & thaught for a second valve had actualy gone & learnt something for once.. For me its the same as it was..
Most likely an extention to the UDP re-send if not confirmed, if using confirmation to help packet loss. Posted by ||Xecutioner07||

If you're wining about the lagging. Ever thought of lowering your graphics ? Maybe turning the player shadows of etc ?
