Im new to skins, downloaded a few and extracted them to

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\parry123\counter-strike source\cstrike

Now I read the FAQ, and it said where all the files went, and theyre all where they should be. But i load CSS and they dont appear in game. Any idea why?
