Right, once you have the skin downloaded (I use WinRAR, so using that as example), extract it to your cstrike folder.
Its usually along the lines of:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\[Username goes here]\counter-strike source\cstrike
It should automatically go where it needs to go.
