My MSN hasnt been working for 2 months. When i type my email and password it laggs alot. Then when i try sign-in it shows this message:

Signing into MSN Messenger failed because the service is temporarily unavalible. Please try again later. 800401f3

Ive tried re-installing it, but it still has the problems. This is with MSN 7.5. Earlier versions dont intall as they claim there are newer ones. Newer versions (inc. Live) cant install because is says:

But uh, MSN is working, didn't we kind of cover this a while back? Your system is all-round fucked, format it.
