i ge it from an arabican web and the name of setup file is CS_Source_final_full_071004-dma

Right, so you have an illegal copy of the game as suspected, that's why you can't play online. Now to fix your problem you buy the game legally from here for a mere $20 and download it like a good little boy using Steam. Or, if you don't want to do that, you can remove yourself from this forum. We're not a piracy support centre.
