i have downloaded a skin for the m4a1. and the folder to install it in doesn't excist.. this folder: cstrike\materials\models\weapons\w_models\<WEAPON NAME>\<FILE> doesn't excist. what do i do?:S

What you do is read the damn FAQ.

Create the folders if it don't exist.

i tried to make the folders. but it wouldn't..

Right click > New > Folder.

If you're not capable of even doing that we can't help you.

Hi, i downloaded numerous pistol skins for the USP and the GLOCK. But none of them seem to work when i add them in the folder that im asked to. ( i think the folder it asks me to put it in is as follows: c:\program files\steam\steamapps\[steam login name]\cstrike. I have tried to put in the pistol skins into that address as it says, but it doesnt work when i play the game. I have downloaded the M4A1, AUG and the PARA skins and they work to perfection. Please help.

Or, just cut and paste the folders that are already inside the file you have unzipped.

(I havent installed a skin in over 6 months, but I would think that it hasnt changed since then)

so all i gotta is make the map cstrike? and put it in steam or what? because i still dont understand it... not everyone is good in editing and moding things on his pc like me i just play the game and try to make it look nicer... but im here too learn!
