Trivium is not and never were metalcore. Screaming doesn't always = some kind of core (plus, they don't scream anymore and now they're even better).

Sort of, they changed Randy's vocal style and/or recording equipment (since they signed with Sony I think) in their most recent album, giving them the Pantera sound. If you listen to any albums before Sacrament, it doesn't sound the slightest bit like Pantera at all. I really hope Lamb of God doesn't drift in the Pantera direction either, their old sound was way more raw and aggressive, which is what I love about them.

I did when i wrote what I wrote. And they are rather snobbish there. But whatever Asian I dont really care, call it awesome metal for all you want. I dont really like trivium and lamb of god did not grow on me after a couple listens. Good for you guys for supporting the bands you like but they are just not for me.
