i just reinstalled my windows, and i put css on it, for like 4 days it was working fine, getting 60-70 fps and a low ping like mid 30's. Now when i play, i get a ping like 1000, but my latency is still at 70, can someone explain this to me? and when i type ping in the console, it shows up as 60. But in net_graph 3 it show 10000, I dont get it. and since my ping went shitty, i lost most of my fps and running like low 20's, its pissing me HELP.
Anyone got anything, tell me please.
