i would say too much blur near the hands/lower body.

but damn, shes hot.

No, it is the retouching of it and the blur that gives it that effect. Pretty good batman.

The waist is slimmer. Thats why the chest looks bigger.

Better than anything I could ever hope to do with photoshop, but IMO the edited version is a little too edited. I still think your efforts would be better directed towards redoing your desktop wallpaper so Mario isn't a ginger.
