I have been playin CS for a while i was wondering if there is anywhere online where i can check my stats or anything?

nah, valve isn't that advanced, maybe with this steam community thing, but other than that I don't think so.

You can with the newer games like TF2, but not CS.

That is for sever, this guy means overall stats.

There are a few lines of code that give the impression that local data could be stored, it even has a .txt, but valve never implemented it.

Is the stat tracker for TF2 online (stored in a server) or on your harddrive?

ive got " steam updates" problem
i was setup steam but its showing eror can anyone help me?

First check your Internet connection and Firewall settings, if you are still getting this problem navigate to your steam folder and delete clientregistry.blob.

Restart Steam and see if it logs in. If not delete AppUpdateStats.blob, this should force steam to check for updates and look for a connection.
