I get error when running Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter Strike: Condition Zero and Counter Strike: Source.

It says memory couldnt be "read" and in CS Source Runtime error.

All games works before I format my harddisk, and now i cant play

Well, try updating drivers. Video card, Direct X.
If, uninstall the games. Delete all their folders and reinstall them.

First check your Internet connection and Firewall settings, if you are still getting this problem go to your steam folder and delete clientregistry.blob.

Restart Steam and see if it logs in. If not delete AppUpdateStats.blob, this should force steam to check for updates and look for a connection.
