Here are the rules
1. There is no rule on how big the wallpaper is, just keep it in a normal resolution nothing stupidly large.
2. You can write any words you wish on the wallpaper.
3. Every member can post only one wallpaper per contest, if you post more than 1 wallpaper, the first one is counted, if you want to change it, edit your post, you cannot edit your wallpaper once the submitting time is over.
4. If an wallpaper breaks any of the above rules it will be discounted in the vote. And that person is out of that comp till a new one is made.
5. The time for submitting the wallpaper is 5 days.
6. After the submitting period ends the voting period begins.
7. The voting period is 2 days beginning from the minute the submitting time is over and a new thread will be started to decide the winner.
8. Any member can vote for any wallpaper he thinks that it is the best.
9. NO Comments on this topic. Use the other discussion board.
10. You cant use any wallpaper that you have already posted on this forum.

Now the theme/inspiration will be....Movies and video games inspired wallpapers.
PLEASE NOTE! If you use other types or resources such as scraps/wallpapers all ready pre-made just the contestant did some editing work to it please say so and post a link to that scrap.
