no.... this isnt the crappy and commnon halo assault rifle that just so happens to be on this website... most of you will recognize it from the shmod and I had it all ready in a nice little zip folder and i submitted it into the css skins even though its for 1.6 because there is no place to submit 1.6 skins! 678 kb file size? I havnt never seen a file that small. For any type of CS weapon. Is that right?

ok look, all i wanted to do was share this kool halo assault rifle skin with you guys so.... its a 1.6 skin for the P90 and the reason the file is so small is because as i explained you download it as a .rar file so its just like a .zip file only different. So instead of using winZIP to open it you need to get winRAR. Just extract the files using winRAR and you will be able to get the model working. Also Rifleman if those aren't full credits? What else was I supposed to include? Tell me please because even on fps all the credit they give is authors: -Link-, Darkstorm. Not to mention whoever said I was the one bein an a$$... I'm the one doing everyone else a favor and trying to be nice and everyone is getting all mad at me and acting like im stupid because I didn't give credit (which I did)... so I am entitled to be angry! So can we just forget about it and stop bein jerks?

you should generally include picture so we know what we are downloading and maybe include a bit of information on it. they are right in that we like things to be released properly. looks count for a lot and having bad looks means less people will download a skin/model

Ok im just new to this sort of thing... I've made skins and modified skins but i never tried to share them with other people before... so plz give me a break. If you would just tell me what you would like to know I would gladly tell you. But instead you guys are acting like a pack of ravaging wolves! PS: this is the best I could do because like I said to begin with I had it all nice in a zip folder with pictures, files, readmes and all that.... BUT csdl is bein dumb and doesn't have a place to submit 1.6 skins so submitted it into source skins and even put a message it was for 1.6 in desperate hope that the bunch of neanderthals that run this place would figure it out! NOT TO MENTION THAT ALL CS.16 SKINS ON THIS WEBSITE HAVE NOTHING BUT A CONCEPT PICTURE FOR EVERY SKIN SO THATS NOT ANY DIFFERENT THAN BEING TOLD ITS A HALO ASSAULT RIFLE!!!! UNLESS YOUR STUPID AND DONT KNOW WHAT HALO IS, IN WHICH CASE... WHY THE H3LL ARE YOU ON THIS THREAD!!!???

a picture would still be nice because we might know what it looks like but its always good to show something off in game. if you want to host a file try filefront or other places like that and link to that. you dont have to submit a skin to CSDL to release it here, just have a link to it somewhere. i have never submitted a skin to CSDL but i have 2 releases. also, we tend not to link to fpsbanana.

as for the skin, i dont play 1.6 but i will figure out how to install it and i will give it a go

oh, and if you read the release guide it will help you not get flamed next time. i hope you do some more stuff because its always nice to see peoples work. just wondering but do you only do skins for 1.6 or do you do skins for source as well?

i just gave it a quick go and thought it was very good. it feels a bit heavier than the P90 but in terms of gun replacement it is almost perfect. the MA5B is a cool gun and i can only hope tht someone makes this for CSS. i only have two problems with it. the top section looks a bit funny to me, like it is out of scale or just modelled wrong. the other thing is the number on the ammo counter. i know it cant count down but why put 02. it should either have 60 or 07 or whatever the max ammo of the gun it is replacing is (50 in the case of the P90). i would fix this myself but i have no idea how to

Ummm... sorry bunnyrabbit, but I don't do css skins just because I generally only make a skin if its something I really wanna use and i don't play css because of all its problems. But i have been thinking of modeling some source skins just for the h3ll of it... so ill keep you posted if I make somethin for source. And as for makin the gun with a 60 for the screen. I tried giving it a texture with numbers like taht but with the holographic effect it looks to much just like 88. If you really wanna change it yourself its not too hard. I'd start off with HLMV (prefferably Jed's version and figure some stuff out on that and just go from there).
