Already posted, but yeah, rights to Forever still belong to Take-Two so it's not like Duke is dead.

I couldn't care less myself, perhaps if they'd actually got off their arses and developed at least 1 fucking game themselves in the past decade they might not've found themselves having to close due to lack of funds.

I was reading a article on how they developed their games. It was really stupid, they would make a map which would take them several weeks to a month, then they would find something wrong with it, and rather then fixing it they would remake it again.. and they would do that a dozen times with one map..

It is beyond me, i've seen games get delayed before. But nothing like this, i don't think anything was in development for this long. I doubt the 360, wii or ps3 was in development that long. Just show how lazy they are, and how much the fail.
