Its been a long time ago, but here i am, hopeless with another problem.

When i try to install the latest version of my GC-Driver , im getting this during the installation.

Anyone knows an solution to solve this?
I tried several times to uninstall everything thats related to ATI, and then completely re-install the latest version,
still that doesnt make sense.
Perhaps, my gc is an EAH 3850

did you check to see if there was a firmware update that went along with it?

Nothing you have to worry about. Your installation of Windows is probably just messed up, or you're just dong it wrong.

According to some forum post whilst I was browsing around out of boredom, it said to uninstall the drivers completely, restart, and run the installer. Choose the custom option, and instead of the directory being "C:/Program Files/ATI Technologies" make it "C:/Program Files/ATI"

Yeah, uninstalling, restarting, installing, is the way every driver should be installed regardless. Not doing that is how issues like this can occur.
