1. Restart Steam and/or your computer.
2. Masturbate vigorously whilst waiting for it to boot up.
3. ???
4. PROFIT

would that really help me "the restart it part?"
The_Sorrow
You can't restart it unless you masturbate. We don't make the rules, we just enforce them.

Yes. Click button on pc that resembles the same as the picture below, notice this little power icon.

Once you notice that the pc has turned off, indicated by a blank screen and no audible noise coming from the tower, proceed to press button again, and it will boot up normally.

if that doesn't work, it's because of your region and the servers are down for your particular area. Don't worry though, I can help. All you have to do is this:

Bring up steam.

Click indicated spot.

Change server to whatever alternative you want, I would recommend somewhere that is somewhat close to you, but not your previous server.

Restart steam if necessary, and enjoy.

OH YEAH, forgot to mention. If none of the previously stated tips help, simply navigate to "C:/windows" and proceed to delete your system32 folder. It's a tad risky, but it also comes with usually fixing steam and providing a 200% PC SPEED BOOST. FUCK YEAH.

OP, if you spam one more thread out of place I will tear your fucking larynx out.
