i installed a skin, i had to create my own weapons and v_models folder, and then cs source wouldn't open up. the error says the game is currently not available. how do i fix this?

Strange... I've had that error a few times before with Team Fortress 2 and other Steam games and I just had to wait it out. I don't think it's anything related to your skins.

Press ctrl + alt +delete. Hit the "processes" tab and find "hl2.exe." Right click and hit end process, then hit yes. Or you could just restart your computer.

FIXES:
1. RESTART COMPUTER
2. DELETE YOUR USERNAME IN MyComputer/LocalDisk/Programfiles/steam/steamapps/ and just open CS:S all your skins will be default, your css will be reinstalled but all your maps that you downloaded online will be gone
3. FIRE-WALL

My brother had the same problem, he restarted his computer I'm not sure tho if this doesn't help I'm sorry
