Hey everyone, I'm not sure why I'm doing this. I just need to talk about it and I'm sick of being depressed.

Well... here it is.

Umm lets see, my dad and i were building our first computer together for me as a father and son type thing, then he got everything ready for it except a video card that I'm still waiting for, and right now me with this shity laptop that isn't even mine and that heats up my lap and burns it to the point where i want to cry, and now the sound is dieing off slowly, and now my mouse wont work on it because the sensitivity will keep switching to really high, to really low, and it will turn off randomly, and my laptop freezing up at random times, and I'm still waiting for that video card and to finish that computer thats sitting in the living room completely finished except for one piece, and just being stressed because i have been on the computer for 5 hours, 5 HOURS and i haven't played 10 min of counter-strike (the game i have been playing sense i was a kid and will never stop playing) because i have been trying to fix my mouse and sound, and now my parents want to kick me off the laptop. i just want my video card for my computer so i can stop being so stressed everyday and so i can stop stressing my parents, I'm so depressed everyday and i hate it i don't know what to do >.< I'm never depressed but for the passed 2 months i have been. I just want someone to talk to because this isn't the only thing getting me upset, its a lot of things that have been making my life horrible. I just want to talk about it with you guys.

Doesn't sound like the laptop is what really has you down. Chill out and wait for the video card whilst fixing what's really got your panties in a bunch.

That computer has been almost ready for 2-3 years, I'm never getting the video card, and theres a lot of things making my panties all in a bunch.

order the freaking video card and fix things while it comes then. that's more than one problem solved without too much effort.

1. i dont have money, 2. idk how to fix it and i could give a fucking shit less about fixing it cus it can go to hell. anways, i wanna type out why else im depressed but im worried it will take to long, but i have nothing else better to do and unless your the only person that wants me to then i guess i will if you want

Dude, I'm not really all that infatuated with your personal life but if it would help then have at it. You should probably talk to someone you know irl though, a friend or something. Complaining isn't all that bad if you really need to get it out.

I dunno, why you would be stressed about a computer. Sure it sucks, you get bored. But it shouldn't be enough to make you depressed.

I've done tons of moves and transfers and i've had absolutely nothing and lived in an empty house waiting for all my belongings. In-fact the only things i had where my clothing, personal products (Toothpaste, floss, toothbrush, deodorant, ect). Sometimes this would go on for weeks even months, it even got to the point where we had to use TLA furniture and hardware, due to the fact we didn't get out packouts.

If it really bums you out that much and you're that bored, maybe you should go out and hang out with friends or even make new ones.

The solution seems fairly simple: Get the GPU. Get it for Christmas even.

What I dont understand is how this "father and son project", building a computer, has been going on for as long as 3 years.

Is it just lack of money for the parts or? If its a father and son project, why cant he buy the parts you're missing?

As you know its Christmas, and as Lanzy said; "Box Day". Therefore I'd be happy to chip in with a good 25 pounds or so, if you want.

So you may have enough money to get atleast one of the things you need for the PC.

I dont know you. But so far this Holiday I havent really done anything good worth mentioning, no charity.
