Can any1 tell me how do i make skins???

It's not really a subject you can just learn from forum posts, it involves a lot of work, and I mean a lot. Modeling, texturing, animating, UV mapping and compiling are all pretty hard within themselves but if you feel you can do it (If you have the necessary programs, 3DSM8 and/or Photoshop CS2 and the like) you should head over to CDG.net since I believe they have a couple of tutorials for people starting out.

Also CSDL really isn't a good place for skins and such. You should head over to places like FPSbanana for better advice.
