and some screen shots, just take only the cstrike folder and drag it over ure cstrike main folder... thats it

Its not like its totally bad, there are plenty of skins that have lasers for the sniper rifles, but how about instead of devoting so much time to making a laser, why don't you concentrate on reskins or recolors? IMO they are much more appealing then a cheat
