The way I see it you have 3 options...

1) Place computer on the edge of a windowsil in strong winds, this won't necessarily fix the problem but will stop it happening to you

2) Re-install CS:S

3 (Was hijacked by Mr.Question instead) Erm, do you have a legal copy of CS:S that is reegistered to Steam? And I'ma go out on a hunch and say that connecting to weapon models is a big no-no.

Don't think that's a legal copy sir.

Either buy the game or don't use skins.
