So I recently started playing CSS again. All is well for a while. Then, out of nooooooooooooowhere.........I'm banned. Completely. Only thing I can do read this message that says I'm a cheater when I clearly know for a fact that I don't cheat or use t3h h4x. Any clues?? I'm baffled and honestly, pretty pissed that this would happen.

As far as I know VAC2 has hardly any, if any, false positive issues. You almost certainly were cheating, have cheated in the past and have suffered a delayed ban, installed a program, mod, etc. that contained hidden cheats, or someone using your account has cheated.

If you want you can email Valve and likely get ignored, other than that you'll have to buy another copy of CS.

i don't think its even worth the money to buy it anymore, maybe your better off without it, or at least buying a different Source game

I already bought it again. Was only 20 bucks so it's not a big deal.
Still a huge pain in the ass though. And a way to get more money out of me.



I know for sure I haven't used any sort of cheats. They're pointless.
Only thing I can think of is if someone else used my account and got banned...though I don't know who would have my account/password.

Not really much you can do about it now either way so enjoy your new version of CSS and I wouldn't bother getting in touch with Valve.

I installed Cs and played it for 5 mins and uninstalled it. CS is really unappealing for me now.
