Could anyone please give me some suggestions on where to find good CSS wallpapers?? I've tried google, but there is too many results....THNX

Try deviantart and search css you might find something.

You mean like desktop wallpapers of CS:S or wallpapers for your CS:S game menu?

If it's PC wallpapers you're after, I found some with the google mobile When searching, click the thing that restricts image sizes and select "Extra large only", that way you only end up with wallpaper sized images.

Last one's best IMO You'll have to scale them down when you put as a wallpaper, but windows should do that for you
