M16A4 Official Score » 8.7 Member's Score » 9.2 This gun is a mixed bag for me. While looking rather decent, there are some things that bother me too much to give this weapon a higher score. The model is a hack, but is rather inaccurate in portraying a M16. The barrel is too short, just compare the area infront of the front site to a real m16 and you will see what I mean. The magazine is straight, even though 30 round magazines are curved. The skin is confusing to me. It says HK on the reciever, HK as in Heckler & Koch, problem is HK doesn't manufacture M16A4s, or any m16s for that matter. These inaccuracies are a peeve of mine, but if you really don't give a damn about accuarcy, its a good hack. Minus the inaccuacies, the skin is very good. The animations are valves, and not a worse thing could have been done than to use valves asinine animations. The hand pulls the bolt catch... but the catch doesnt move. The gun is held at an odd angle. If done in real life, you would be holding this weapons with the buttstock over your shoulder and you right cheek pressed against the reciever. This is just too much for me. I am very critical of this gun, but I still see potential in it, and thats why I think it deserves a spot on this website.
